WHAT RETAIL ATTENDEES HAVE SAID ABOUT THE RCC RETAIL MARKETING FORUM

Great mix of content throughout the entire day. My only hope is notes are available from some of the concurrent sessions that I was unable to attend. All were relevant.
One of the best conferences yet and have been going for years.
Steve Buors presentation was excellent. It was timely and well-informed. He did a great job of taking complited topics and distilling them into clear insights and takeaways for marketers.
The breadth of topics was more diverse and not just focused on things like Flyers. There was more emphasis on where retail marketing is going around the world as opposed to re-hashing familiar cliches.
